Jeff grew up in the San Francisco Bay area. His father was a home delivery milkman and was featured on the NBC Today show in the late 1970s as the last home delivery milkman in San Francisco. His mother, after raising four children, returned to work as a shoe saleswoman.
Jeff graduated from California State University Chico in 1975. He obtained his teaching degree in 1978 and taught third and fourth grade. Outside of work, Jeff’s activities have always been directed toward helping others, and he has served as Wish Granter for the Make-a-Wish Foundation in Portland. He presently serves as Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for abused and neglected children in the Juvenile Division of the Oregon State Department of Human Services. His hobbies include jazz, cycling, cross country skiing, and he is a bit of a
movie buff.
His professional background as an insurance adjuster has spanned over 26 years. This experience gives him a unique advantage when negotiating claims for injured people. You will find Jeff an easy person to approach when discussing your claim and very helpful in navigating the often confusing legal system.
